You’ll find Dene Grange Care Home in a quiet residential area of historic Hexham, close to local shops, bus and train services. Our team provides specialist nursing care for people with complex medical needs, a choice of residential or nursing care for those living with dementia and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break. We also welcome residents with mild mental health conditions.

Listening to our residents before and after they move in is one of the most important things we do, so that we can truly get to know them and make sure they get the most out of every day. Our busy activities programme is tailored to individuals and includes games, monthly dance events, hand massages, reminiscence, pamper days and outings including pub trips. Many of our residents also find our 1-to-1 activities including sensory sessions both enjoyable and stimulating.

All the residents at Dene Grange have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

Please do give us a ring to organise coming to see Dene Grange and to meet our Home Manager. We would be delighted to spend time finding out about yours or your loved ones care needs and share information on the care we provide.
