Croft House

Croft House in Williton supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

Croft House is situated at the foot of the picturesque Quantock Hills, just two miles from the coast. The home is within easy reach of Watchet and Minehead, and Williton itself offers shops, banks, a post office and other local amenities.

Here at Croft House we offer specialist care for our residents living with dementia. It is important for us that anyone becoming part of the Croft House family feels like they are simply moving home and will make new friends as they do so. We recognise the difficulty this can create for those with dementia and their loved ones.

Croft House has a team of Activities Co-ordinators that are on hand, providing a daily activity programme is that residents can pick and choose whether they want to take part in. Our residents enjoy visits from the local school children, and we regularly have visiting entertainers who get everyone singing and dancing.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Croft House including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Croft House is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
