Critchill Court

Critchill Court is a purpose-built residential home, located away from the main road on the peaceful south-westerly side of the market town of Frome, close to local amenities.

The home comprises of two wings; Main House houses 34 residents and Cedar Oaks is home to a further 12.
All of our bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, and benefit from ground floor access. We invite residents to bring personal items and even furniture to help their room feel like their own.

The dining room and many bedrooms overlook a large courtyard at the centre of Critchill Court, the pond and flower beds can be seen through the picture windows. Residents and their guests are free to use the lounges, dining area, quiet space, private garden and courtyard as they wish.

Critchill Court is equipped and staffed to be able to provide all the care you need to live the life you choose. As well as offering high-quality residential care tailored to your needs, Critchill Court also specialises in providing specialist support for those living with dementia. A dedicated dementia care suite provides a safe and secure environment for our residents who are living with dementia to live as independently as possible, whilst our varied activities programme provides enrichment, stimulation and the oportunity to retain and pursue treasured hobbies and interests.

We are proud that Critchill Court has also been awarded the Gold Standards Framework for the support we provide to people nearing the end of their life. The award is presented to care homes who work alongside the individual and their loved ones to offer high-quality, reliable and consistent support at a time when it is most needed.
