Church Farm Residential Home offers a number of residential care support packages as well as day care facilities. The expertise of carers extends to looking after adults with Parkinson’s disease, with all residents having their own key carer to safeguard their well-being and assess developing needs, which includes respite, convalescence and palliative needs.
The home which is a converted farm house has its own sensory gardens, wooden gazebo and patio area. Comfortably furnished with homely qualities and pleasing aesthetics, this is a home for both relaxing and socialising.
Food menus are regularly assessed to make sure they suit preference and diet, prepared using fresh local produce, and even mark special occasions like birthdays.
Special events are organised every month, such as summer fetes and garden parties, and even trips to the seaside.
