Charlton Grange is situated in the picturesque village of Upper Halliford in Surrey with excellent access by road or public transport. The home offers services for older people with nursing needs and has a specialist dementia care suite on the first floor.

The home offers accommodation on two floors. Each bedroom is decorated to the highest standard, with ensuite facilities, along with HD televisions. There are 5 day rooms each with a large flat screen TV and delightful views of the countryside.

Charlton Grange also boasts a hair salon, excellent catering, in-house entertainment, staff training facilities and a residents’ garden.

A stimulating activities programme is provided, designed to consider the needs of individual residents, including those with disabilities. A resident’s freedom of choice to partake in activities is always respected.
