Brooklands Care Home

Brooklands Care Home specialises in dementia care and supports a maximum of 45 residents. The two-storey care home is ideally located, being just a bus journey away from Liverpool City Centre.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstones of daily life at Brooklands Care Home. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Brooklands Care Home including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Before becoming a resident at Brooklands Care Home our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
