Tailored care plans are drawn up on an individual basis with residents in conjunction with their relatives to ensure that care delivery is discreet and appropriate, enabling residents to enjoy the highest quality of life while retaining their privacy, independence and dignity. These plans are regularly reviewed so that they can be adjusted as a person’s needs change, ensuring appropriate care delivery at all times.
