I want to thank you for sending the livin carer, Calista, who looked after my wife, Sue, prior to her going in to care. For Calista, nothing was too much troubled. She worked hard to ensure everything was done as Sue wanted. She provided loving support and care for both of us. I was able to go away to visit my Dad and sister for a few days secure in the knowledge that Sue was receiving excellent care from Calista. Our home was immaculate when I returned from the break. Thank you Calista.

“Holly Lodge is an excellent care home for those who suffer from dementia. The care that my mum has received since she arrived in October has been amazing and she is thriving there. The day-to-day care is fantastic, and the activities team are superb and have reignited my mums love for art and creativity. Holly Lodge is very clean, and the carers are so kind, thoughtful and always around to help in any eventuality. My mum is declining with her dementia, and they have been so attentive to her, and I know that she is being cared for. I only wish I had found it earlier as it's as home from home as it can be for my mum, thank you.”

The care home is comfortable, well run, offers excellent facilities and menu, has a pleasant small garden and patios overlooking green countryside. Care has been sensitively adjusted over mum's time of occupation to fit her mental and physical health as she passes 2 years living at Rowan Lodge and approaches her 100th birthday. The 24/7 nursing care is diligent and thorough, mum’s very survival having been secured by prompt action. The carers are genuinely caring and patient, within reason nothing too much trouble, and staff strive to secure a good relationship. The family and mum's friends are always made welcome, whether on physical visits or online. Good communal events and many engaging activities are arranged for residents to choose from if interested and according to personal preference.”

“Elm Lodge is an outstanding care home, I moved my elderly mother from a care home that was part of a large group to Elm Lodge, and find that its very luxurious, with a very relaxed atmosphere, the staff are excellent, and you can see they really care for the residents, my mother tells me the food is very good. She now gets regular activities and seems a lot happier. I would highly recommend it.”

I would like to thank all the staff at trusted care, especially Lucy who responds to all of my inquiries via chatbot I think that is what the young ones call it now days. my friend Cara who is 16 but acts like she is 60 because she loves getting a wee cuppa and watching corrie🌈 and suffers with extreme tics is able to live a better life because of the advice given by Lucy. thank you so very much Lucy. we love you always for making my friend Cara's, whose life would be nothing without trusted care, amazing🎉🌈🏆🙌❤️️💜😊👍
