Just a short note to thank you for the care you provider for mum over the last 3.5 years, it is a shame that due to mums increase care visit needs, we have had to part company. Graham and I have been delighted with the help and care we have received from Catherine and Helen. Although Graham is reluctant to have anyone other than myself looking after him he has been describing them both as outstanding, kind, thoughtful and stimulating. Where do I start? I've been with this agency as a service user for 5 years. I've NEVER been with an agency this long! That in itself is illustrative of the sterling care I receive. They have helped me with too many things to list here, they continue to do so. I'm their youngest service user, with multiple physical & mental health problems. I have been treated with endless kindness, patience & great sensitivity. I struggle with disability, illness, constant pain & fatigue, along with mental anguish. The trust that I have in this company is so vast, as to be virtually incalculable & it is unending. They really have put the care back into caring, they are truly a Spiritual Inspiration! When Covid hit, I was terrified, so scared in fact, that I didn't even go outside for my 1 hour a day exercise. My immune system doesn't work properly & I am susceptible to infection. The owner & her reaction to the problem only reinforced my trust. All the PPE was excellent quality, I've no doubt it cost a fortune - it was procured promptly & every day, my ladies wore visors & masks. On top of what they had already been using; gloves, a pinny & shoe protectors. They still wear it all, just minus the visor. To say I feel safe in their hands would be the understatement of the century! My heartfelt thanks to & admiration of them all, could never demonstrate just what they really mean to me.
