Lovely Care Home My nan lived at Hilton Rose for the last seven years of her life and I could not fault the care she received one little bit. The staff were all caring, friendly and supportive and I could not have asked for a better life for her whilst she was at the home. She was always happy and laughing, and always spoke about the great amounts of fun she was having with the staff and the friends she had made whilst living there. I would highly recommend this retirement home for anyone who is looking for a place for their relative or a friend to stay when they have unfortunately come to that stage in their life where they need that little bit of extra help. A very homely and enjoyable environment for all involved.

Fantastic care home My lovely Mother was a resident in Hilton Rose for the last 6 years of her life, although reluctant at first like most elderly people who have to go into care she settled and thought of it as her home and all the staff that cared for her she regarded as family. Mom had a lot of health problems and needed a lot of care towards the end. The doctor at one stage gave Mom a few weeks of life left due to her being so poorly, but, due to the excellent care she recieved from all the staff they kept her with me for another 2 years, they gave my Moms life meaning, she was always clean and tidy, well fed and totally cared for. Sadly I lost Mom October 2014 , I know that she was surrounded by wonderful people who cared and cried on that horrible day in October. My family and I have no hesitation in recomending this home to anyone who has the really hard decision to make regarding a loved one being put into the care system. The home itself has undergone extensive renovation/decoration during the time that Mom was there and it looks really lovely with all new furnishings as well. There are not enough words in the world to praise and thank the staff for for everything they did for myself and my Mom, I will always be so grateful to them all.
