Manor Court Care Home

Manor Court, situated in a friendly residential area of Southall, is ideal for residents who are 18 and over with a range of short or long term needs. That includes nursing care as well as those living with a physical disability, dementia, Parkinson’s or Huntington's. Palliative care is also available.

The purpose-built home is made up of four single-storey houses, all surrounded by landscaped gardens with furnished patio areas.

Many of our well-furnished bedrooms have access to the lovely gardens and furnished patio areas. There are smoke detectors throughout and each room is fitted with a 24-hour call system for added peace of mind. To make their rooms feel as homely as possible we encourage residents to bring in their own possessions, such as ornaments, pictures and smaller items of furniture.

A varied and inclusive activity programme is a vital part of the care we provide. Our dedicated activity co-ordinator chats with each resident to find out their passions and interests. They can then suggest some group activities they might like to get involved with. This can be anything from exercise sessions and musical events to gentle gardening, coffee mornings and film nights. Getting involved with these and other pursuits is a great way for our residents to get to know one another and helps improve sleep and appetites. Friends and family are welcome to come along at any time to join in the fun.
