Personalised Community Care - Live in

Personalised Community Care Ltd is regulated by CQC to provide care and support to both children and adults. We provide individualised care packages to support individuals to retain their independence and to make their life easier.

Personalised Community Care is unique in that we provide the standards of care we would expect our own families to receive. We also provide flexible packages to meet your individual needs. As well as responding quickly and adapting your package if your needs change.

Personalised Community Care has over 20 years of experience in different sectors of social care. Moreover, our carers are specially selected and trained to provide the highest standards of care for you. They undergo all CQC mandatory training and an enhanced DBS check.

The costs of Personalised Community Care Live-in Care start at £1,000 per week but will vary from client to client depending on the level of their care requirements. We recommend that you give our team a call if you have been granted Local Authority funding so that we can discuss whether we will be able to support you.

As well as full-time care, we can also support individuals with short-term respite care. We are an introductory agency meaning that we are not regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
