Westy Hall Care Home

Westy Hall is a purpose-built residential care home just 2 miles from the centre of Warrington town centre and 1 mile from Latchford village. Within the home, we have a 10-bed household called 'The Hollies' which is for those living with dementia.

There are various comfortable lounge areas and dining rooms around Westy Hall. One of our lounges is fitted with a hearing loop, a discreet device designed to improve sound reception and aid those with hearing difficulties. We also have a hair salon on the first floor with a trained hairdresser visiting twice a week to pamper our residents. The activities room is located upstairs and is where many of our activities including arts & crafts take place.

Each resident has their own single bedroom at Westy Hall, some with en-suite facilities and all complete with powerpoints and TV aerial sockets. There are communal bathrooms with assisted baths, a shower room and several toilets close to each bedroom. The residents have a say in how their bedrooms are decorated and are encouraged to put their own touch on their rooms.

We have our very own designated Activities Coordinator at Westy Hall who works closely with residents, their families and our care teams to arrange appealing activities and outings for our residents. Events currently taking place regularly include exercises, crosswords and word searches, bingo, pampering sessions and coffee mornings.
