Roseway House Care Home in Jarrow is situated close by to the local Viking centre, coastal town of South Shields, local transport links and the hospital. We are able to support people who have residential, nursing, dementia, respite or palliative care needs and completely understand that your loved ones' needs may change over their time with us.
Our home is purpose-built meaning that it has been designed with the needs of our residents in mind. Roseway House is spread over 2 floors and all of the 48 bedrooms have an en-suite, providing residents with privacy.
We have multiple cosy lounges, dining areas and quiet areas for our residents to relax and socialise. Outside of the home, we have a large landscaped garden where residents and families are welcomed to join our intergenerational garden group named 'Acorns & Oaks'.
At Roseway House, we are very lucky to have a lovely team of care staff who are always happy to go the extra mile for our residents to make sure that they are comfortable and happy. Our dedicated activities team tailors activities to our residents' abilities, likes and interests. We have close ties with our local community, helping build relationships both internally and externally.
