Hawthorn Green Care Home, located in the heart of London, supports residents with nursing care and dementia care, as well as a range of specialist neurological services. We place importance on ensuring that all of our residents feel safe, well and connected with their friends & family.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Hawthorn Green. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Our home has a range of excellent facilities including: spacious en-suite bedrooms, a hair & beauty salon, bright living spaces, a themed activities room, garden room, beautifully landscaped gardens. We encourage our residents to make full use of all of the communal areas of our state of the art home.

Neurological disorders we can support are acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological disorders (eg. Huntingdon's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease), spinal cord injuries and specialist dementia (eg. Picks Disease, Fronto-temporal dementia).
