Tramways

Tramways is a residential care home with room for up to 11 residents with enduring mental health needs. It caters to people over the age of 50 and is set in secluded grounds close to local shops and a retail park. The home offers a quiet envirobnment away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol.

Tramways is a large home with plenty of space for everyone, the house facilities include: 14 bedrooms, lounge, quiet room, arts and crafts room, shared bathrooms, large garden with summer houses.

The home offers one-to-one support for each of the 14 people who live there. Each resident has their own person-centred care plan and one-to-one time is given to everyone to discuss needs and offer support.

Before becoming a resident at Tramways our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
