Scoonie House is a charming Victorian home sympathetically converted to provide residential care for up to 36 elderly ladies and gentlemen.

Scoonie House nursing home in Fife really enjoys the best of both worlds – it is close to all the shops and amenities of Leven village centre, yet lies within a haven of mature trees and parkland. The quality of the home’s location is echoed when one steps inside. Residents’ bedrooms and communal areas are decorated and furnished to the highest standards. Our dedicated staff team work closely with residents, their families and loved ones, to ensure that each person’s care needs are understood and met. Just as importantly, our Activities Coordinator takes the time to learn about each person’s life history, working with that individual to ensure they are able to live as active a life as they wish.

The home offers a full range of residential care support, including trial stays, short stay and convalescent care, as well as long-term care. Residents are encouraged to bring important personal possessions to personalise their rooms. Scoonie House operates an open visiting policy, where residents and loved ones may visit at convenient times. In common with all of our homes, Scoonie House’s manager has a qualified nursing background.
