OSJCT Meadowcroft

Meadowcroft provides nursing, residential and dementia care for up to 71 residents on the outskirts of Thame. The home was opened in 2011 and provides a modern environment which allows our residents to live in comfort was receiving the highest standard of care. Thame is a historic and picturesque market town with many coffee shops to sit and enjoy watching the world go by!

Here at Meadowcroft our catering team and Head Chef take great pride in serving up a range of culinary delights! Special dietary requirements are always accounted for and there is always at least two meal choices for residents to select from at each meal-time. Visitors to the home are always welcome to join us for the range of tasty treats served up by Meadowcroft.

Our in-house Activities Coordinator ensures that the interests and hobbies of residents are accounted for in our daily activities programme. We understand that not all residents wish to partake in all activities and are encouraged to remain independent and active. We have a shop, hairdressers, library, pub, cafe and music room on-site for the residents ease and entertainment.
