Orchard End

Orchard End is a community based residential home for five adults and is situated in an acre of gardens in the Herefordshire Hamlet of Auberrow, conveniently placed between the market town of Leominster and the Cathedral City of Hereford.

We provide a safe living environment for younger adults from the age of 18-65. We encourage our residents to gain and maintain as much independence as possible in a safe and supportive environment. Our dedicated care professionals receive specialist training in caring for younger adults - it is definitely not a ‘one-size’ fits all approach.

All the residents at The Orchard have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Orchard End including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.
