Lynfield Care Home

Lynfield is part of the the isiss group of homes and is a vibrant and modern home providing a friendly, safe and stimulating environment which prides itself in providing specialist and quality bespoke support for people with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities and complex support needs such as Autism, Epilepsy, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities including those with behaviours that may challenge.

The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission and is well equipped to deliver the highest standards of care and support. Lynfield is a friendly residential home located at Ditchingham, Norfolk and close to the historical town of Bungay, located on the Norfolk/Suffolk border within easy reach of Norwich and all local amenities, sports centres, award winning beaches and the famous Norfolk broads to name but a few.

We passionately believe that all of the people we support, no matter how complex their needs, should not miss out on any opportunities in life. In fact the people we support currently include a keen sailor, a swimmer, a musician, a volunteer for a dog rescue centre and a very keen gardener. We have seen time and again when given the right opportunities people overcome past obstacles and integrate into the local community. Within isiss we aim to help people to achieve anything that they want to do.
