Lime Tree House is a residential care home situated in the delightful village of Ringmer, East Sussex, a few miles from the historic town of Lewes. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.
Lime Tree House has 30 bedrooms, all are ensuite. Lime Tree House has a pleasant lounge and dining room overlooking accessible gardens. The garden has a timber decking and well maintained lawns, flower beds and trees.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Lime Tree House Residential Home. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.
Before becoming a resident at Lime Tree House Residential Home our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
