Harts House Care Home

Harts House has well-trained, experienced staff who strive to provide a high standard of nursing and residential care, convalescence, palliative care and respite. They also care for residents with dementia.

The home benefits from having landscaped gardens, with residents taking great delight in herb beds and ancient trees, while inside pleasing aesthetics include an art deco fireplace, an opulent main lounge and French windows.

All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Harts House is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Harts House. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.
