You’ll find our home in the pleasant residential area of Easthampstead close to the town centre with its shops and other amenities including public transport.

Our team provides nursing care for elderly people and physically disabled adults. A family spirit is assured and everyone’s potential is maximised be they residents, relatives or staff. The team believes in nothing but the best for everyone who connects with our home as we journey with you to create special resident experiences.

Listening to our residents is one of the most important things we do, so that we can truly get to know them and make sure they get the most out of every day. Our activities coordinators run a busy programme with lots of variety including visiting entertainers, baking, flower arranging, arts & crafts, knitting, gardening and outings.

Before becoming a resident at Bracknell Care Home our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
