Alpine Lodge

Alpine Lodge Care Home is situated in the lovely town of Stockbridge, not far from the Peak District. We offer nursing dementia care and specialist nursing care for up to 61 individuals within a homely atmosphere.

We have both single and double occupancy bedrooms at Alpine Lodge, allowing us to accommodate couples who wish to move into the care home together and share a room. As for the rest of the home, we have spacious lounges and dining areas where residents are welcome to socialise or relax.

Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.

All the residents at Alpine Lodge have their own unique care plan which has been tailored to their needs. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

Alpine Lodge's weekly fee will depend upon the complexity of the individual's care requirements. We may be able to accept residents who are funded by their local authority but this will need to be discussed with our Home Manager.
