I went to visit this care home last week for my Mother-in-law. On first impression the home looks very impressive and is in a lovely setting. When i arrived i was given a quick 5 minute tour around the building, it felt as soon i arrived there i was soon to be out the door again. I was not impressed with the service - I had many a question to ask but didn't have the time to ask them, this is a difficult and stressful time for the family and i would've liked to have got a better understanding of the home and what they could've offered for my Mother-in-law.

It worried me a little that i was so quickly rushed around the place and we won't be proceeding with Abbeycrest.
