Wellmeadow Lodge is an established and caring home in Newton Mearns, Glasgow. The quiet and leafy area provides a tranquil environment for those looking for a slower pace of life. Our experienced team provide 24-hour residential, nursing and respite care for older people. All care staff undertake regular training and are able to look after people with physical disabilities, dementia and sensitive end of life care.

Every resident has their own personalized care plan which takes into account their wishes, life story and interests. All residents are invited to lunch before making the final move-in decision, so they can meet our team and other residents and make sure they feel entirely comfortable.

We hold monthly resident meetings which family members are invited to come along to. This being said our Manager’s door is always open for residents and their family members to discuss any concerns.

Here at Wellmeadow Lodge Care Home we offer a wide and varied daily activities programme which changes to make the most of England’s seasons! Daily activities are planned for both morning and afternoon which take into account the interests of our residents. We also welcome community groups and schoolchildren into our home so residents can stay connected with their local community.

Please do get in touch to find out more about life at Wellmeadow Lodge and to organize coming to see us.
