Alexandra Care Home

The Alexandra Care Home is a purpose-built care home in the Wargrave area of Newton Le Willows. So it's very handy for the shopping centre and local amenities, including the market of Earlstown.

We provide various levels of care from residential and nursing care, and respite care. Our atmosphere is homely and friendly, and we pride ourselves on supporting individuals in following their chosen lifestyle. We encourage them to take part in the management and decisions relating to the control of the home's activities.

Our home is on a number of regular bus routes so day trips to the neighbouring towns of St Helens and Warrington are always possible. Our large patio area and gardens attract plenty of wildlife. And if people living here fancy a bit of pampering we even have our own hairdressing salon.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Alexandra Care Home. We place importance on protecting residents meal times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.

Alexandra Care Home are able to support both permanent & respite stays for people over the age of 65.
