Washington Grange Care Home is run by Local Managers with local knowledge and local pride. Situated in the heart of Barmston village, Washington Grange is a well established purpose built care home that enjoys an excellent local reputation.
The care home is designed to create a spacious and bright environment to ensure its clients enjoy the luxurious surroundings to the full. All bedrooms are single rooms, and are pleasantly decorated and include private en-suite facilities. It has large communal gardens and is in close proximity to the local shopping centre.
Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Washington Grange is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
All the residents at Washington Grange have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
