At 43 Station Road we support six individuals with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders.
There is a great atmosphere in the service. We have a diverse staff team who work together to overcome any challenges, without compromising the support they give to the people living in the service.
We remain focussed on the people we support at all times when making decisions. We promote independence and work with each individual to build their skills and improve their quality of life. Everyone is encouraged to make choices about things in their daily life, such as menus, day trips and what clothes to wear.
The service is in a small village and only a ten minute drive from a busy town with many facilities. We have two vehicles.
The service has six bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, a large lounge and a separate dining area. There is a large well maintained garden which we make good use of. The service is accessible to wheelchair users.
