Puddingstone Grange

Puddingstone Grange care home is located in Plumstead, in the London Borough of Greenwich. Registered and regulated by CQC the care home offers full-time specialist residential dementia care and nursing care within the 62 en-suite bedded home.

Puddingstone Grange care home is a purpose built care facility opened in 2012. The home specialises in caring and supporting older people living with dementia and those who require nursing care due to a physical condition. The home is on two levels (with lift access) and all bedrooms are bright and spacious with en-suite facilities.

The Drummond Suite is the homes nursing unit providing nursing care for 16 people. There are a range of communal lounges that have resident kitchenettes attached to them to promote and encourage resident independence. The main kitchen provides nutritious home-cooked meals on a daily basis, providing for a range of dietary and cultural meals. Other facilities at Puddingstone Grange care home are it’s modern hairdressing salon; the beautifully laid gardens with meandering pathways, raised planters, seating areas and a water feature to relax and enjoy, and the homes minibus, regularly seen out and about in the local community.

At the heart of Puddingstone Grange’s work, is its approach to care where social interaction and engagement are actively encouraged. The dedicated staff team receive regular on-going training to maintain and develop their skills to support the needs of the residents in their care.
