Falcon Lodge is a detached property on the outskirts of Botley village, offering registered residential accommodation for five adults with a learning disability and additional needs. The people living in Falcon Lodge are all men and the majority of the staff team are also male.

The layout of Falcon Lodge provides a large open plan lounge and dining room, with a separate kitchen. Falcon Lodge also has the benefit of an additional communal room, known as the ‘snug’ for watching movies, playing games or using the desktop computer.

At Falcon Lodge the supported individuals are encouraged to take charge of their lives, provide feedback and to inform the direction of the home, as well as to make personal goals towards achieving their preferred lifestyles.

Falcon Lodge positively supports individuals with a learning disability and a range of additional needs including autistic spectrum conditions, cyclical anxieties and visual impairment.
Promoting choices, independence and facilitating new experiences, whilst always striving towards excellence, are the key priorities of this dynamic home.

With a very active group of people, there is a youthful, energetic character to this home environment and all spend a lot of time out of the house.

The men who live in this home are keen on community events, days out such as visiting aquariums and theme parks and also going clubbing. They have varied music tastes ranging from R&B and Pop Dance, to Classical. These personal interests fit around their structured activities programmes.
