Cross Lane House

Cross Lane House is a beautiful old country mansion, standing in two acres of mature landscaped gardens set in the heart of Rural Sussex.

We provide quality care for older people with a focus on promoting independence in a fun and caring environment. The provision of professional standards of healthcare, hygiene, nutrition and safety are the philosophies of the owners, the management and our carers a like. Care Plans are tailored to each resident and delivered to suit the needs of the individual.

The principle objective of the home is to create a caring, homely atmosphere where our clients can maintain as much independence as possible with dignity and respect while living a full and fun, active life.

We achieve this by supporting and helping residents to continue their own hobbies as well as giving them opportunities to learn new skills and discover new interests.

The provision of high quality Person Centred Care is achieved through the delivery of carefully created Care Plans that are constantly evolving to match the changing needs of each individual.

We believe in a client focused approach to Care planning and encourage the involvement of patients and loved ones where possible.
