Clare House Nursing Home provides specialist care provision, tailored to the needs of adult physical disabilities, while also being able to specialise in Parkinson’s disease and palliative care. All care plans are regularly assessed to suit the individual, with experienced respite and convalescent care offered.
Converted from a cottage hospital, the facility benefits from scenic grounds that include a secluded courtyard and landscaped gardens with a pond, while alongside comfortable bedrooms and lounge areas, Clare House also has its own activities room and is well-located for transport routes.
Attention is paid to make sure cooked meals and lighter alternatives are satisfying, which residents are able to enjoy in the dining room overlooking the patio, or in the privacy of their own rooms.
Residents can take part in a wide range of activities as part of home life, such as music and movement classes, painting and quizzes, while there are many events and visits from entertainers to look forward to.
