Church House Care Home

Church House Care Home is located just outside of the town of Nantwich in Cheshire.

It’s a 200 year old farm house with a modern extension in a beautiful setting which provides a home for up to 44 individuals with a range of needs including residential nursing and Palliative care services.

We have a reputation locally for being a very warm and friendly home, our staff have all the qualities that you’d expect from professionals in a Care Home environment. They’re good listeners, caring and compassionate, they have a laugh, they’re a shoulder to cry on, and they’ll give a cuddle if one’s needed!

Our activities coordinator ensures that everyone gets involved and alert, not just with games and quizzes, but engaging with each other and the world around them. Activities are very much centred on what the residents would like to do, they always have a choice to participate or if they would prefer to do something on their own then they are able too.

A lot of residents engage with each other over meal times, it is a great social occasion when everyone at the home comes together for a chat and some hearty food - many of the residents even get involed in the kitch and will meals.
