Carleton Court Care Home

A wonderful care home My mother is a resident in Carleton Court and sometimes her behavior can be challenging. The staff have always been very caring and patient with my mother and I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else because she is looked after so well.

Exceptional respite care service for my mum... My mother lives in a care home on the Isle of Arran in Scotland...and loves the opportunity for a break and a visit with family in Pontefract from time to time. I am unable to provide the level of daily care that she needs on her visits and have made arrangements with the owners of Carleton Court for help and support. I consider the care that mum has received on every visit to be exceptionally good. She always receives a warm and friendly welcome from attentive staff. Her personal care needs are fully met, she enjoys a comfortable environment, good food...and a very nice hair do on the last visit. I have seen the management chatting to residents on a regular basis and showing great concern and empathy. One day, many years from now I may up staying in Carleton Court...

Loving and caring My mother has been a resident at Carleton Court for 4 years. The atmosphere within the Home is loving and caring. The interior of Carleton Court feels like a home, not an institution. My mother's behaviour can be challenging at times but the staff treat her with respect and compassion. She receives nourishing meals, she is always dressed in her own clean, ironed clothes, and a range of stimulating activities are provided. It is an excellent Care Home.

Lovely and cosy My mother has been cared for in Carleton Court for almost four months and I can honestly say all the staff have always been very welcoming and pleasant when i visit, they are also caring and respectful to the residents, the home is always spotless and smells very pleasant.

Worth its weight in gold I visited Carleton Court after my relative was in respite there for some weeks . The home and staff were always happy, and on hand to help , and it is such a nice clean and friendly place. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for care
