Beaufort Grange Care Home

Beaufort Grange Care Home is located in the heart of Cheswick Village in Filton, North Bristol. We are close to the local community and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Our stunning 74 bedded home delivers high quality care and support to those who have residential and nursing needs. From the moment you step through our door, you will feel welcomed and comforted by the warm, vibrant personalities of our team – a feeling made all the more special by the luxurious surroundings.

Across the road we have a primary school where we have strong links and host joint activities such as fundraising competitions for cancer, festive parties and Easter egg hunts.

At Beaufort Grange we have community coffee afternoons, music and art therapy and we take our residents outside to play hockey and racket sports with professional sports equipment. Finally we have a cinema and therapy room for specialized activities.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Beaufort Grange is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
