Ashford House Care Centre

Ashford House Care Centre supports 54 residents and is situated in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey. Specialist care is provided for people who are over the age of 18 and have nursing or dementia care needs. A purpose-built care home, designed to provide a comfortable and relaxed living environment where the care needs of residents can be tended to discreetly.

Here at Ashford House Care Centre, we can support people from the age of 18. It is especially important for younger adults to be supported to live as independently as possible. Younger adults are able to prepare their own meals as they have access to a kitchenette. Alternatively, they can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals made by our Home Chef. Our award-winning kitchen team take great pride in creating a varied menu which appeals to the tastebuds of all our residents!

Ashford House Care Centre is part of care home group, Barchester; our Director of Dementia Care ensures that all home’s are given the specialist knowledge and equipment required to support people with dementia. Residents are supported in a therapeutic environment by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Life is never dull here at Ashford House Care Centre, our dedicated Activities Coordinator makes sure that there is always something going on. Residents are very much encouraged to pursue their interests and hobbies, no matter how obscure! We also make sure that residents are given the opportunity to try something new, from inviting local entertainers to the home to travelling to local attractions.

As mentioned, all residents have their own room complete with all the modern amenities you’d expect. Amenities include en-suite bathrooms, electric profiling beds, wifi and television/telephone points. Further to this all shared areas of the home are fully accessible to residents. Our resident Chefs take great pride in serving up culinary delights in the dining room, whether you’re a resident or a family member you are always welcome to dine with us.

Ashford House is a residential care home with carers on hand to support residents 24/7 with their care needs. The weekly cost of care at Ashford House is dependant on the individual care requirements of an individual but starts at £1,250. We may be able to accept residents who receive funding support from their local council but this will be under the Home Manager's discretion. We are able to support a wide range of care needs & types including dementia care, short-term respite care and end of life care. To enquire about our up to date availability, please give us a call.
