Arden House is owned and operated by Greensleeves Care, a not-for-profit charitable organisation providing care and accommodation for older people.

Located in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, Arden House is a stunning Regency house set in the elegance of Clarendon Square providing care and accommodation for 32 residents.

On duty 24 hours a day, a dedicated multi-disciplined team, provide high-quality care to meet individual residents' requirements. Delivering the highest standards of care in a warm, safe environment is at the core of Arden House’s philosophy. As part of the home’s commitment to best practice, all staff receive ongoing training in all aspects of care.

The bedrooms, most of which are en-suite, are bright and airy. Many original period features have been retained in the bedrooms and communal areas, affording a warm and homely environment.

Arden House restaurant offers cuisine of a high standard, with numerous choices available on a daily basis and to different dietary requirements. Dining at Arden House is a sociable and enjoyable time for residents, the staff work hard to create a real ‘dining experience’. All food is freshly prepared with residents regularly updating the menu with requests and ideas.

The gardens are well kept and accessible providing an enjoyable place to sit on a summer’s day. Arden House also has a dedicated children’s play area to keep the little ones entertained when they come to visit.

Many activities are provided for the residents and range from an informal coffee and chat to an excursion to explore landmarks, museums or trips to the coast. Residents regularly have the opportunity to have individual excursions for example visiting a local town for a spot of shopping and a coffee.

Arden House is able to support both permanent & respite stays for people over the age of 65. We are predominantly a private-funded care home but if you are funded by the Local Authority/NHS please do get in touch to discuss how we may be able to support you. Supporting residential and specialist dementia; dementia care is provided within our dementia neighbourhood. We aim to support residents to live with dignity in comfort & style through to the end of their life. Arden House is registered for residential care only but our residents are supported with visits from the District & Community Nursing teams.
