Alveston Leys Care Home

Alveston Leys Nursing Home welcomes both extended and short term residential stays and specialises in complex nursing and personal care needs, including Parkinson’s, respite, convalescence and palliative care.

This refurbished Georgian property has pleasant grounds, a welcoming sunroom and lounges. Bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with the residents’ needs in mind and have en-suite facilities.

A varied menu of nutritional and appetising meals is served daily, and a choice of hot or cold dishes offered. Afternoon tea and homemade cake are served every day.

Arts and crafts, exercises, quizzes and board games are just some examples of the activities that residents enjoy as part of a busy social programme of events that are tailored to different levels of mobility.

If you have assets below £23,250, you may be eligible for funding support from your local authority to help fund your care. At Alveston Leys Care Home, our weekly rates start at £1,040 but are subject to a Care Assessment which will be carried out by our Home Manager to assess your or your loved ones care requirements. We are pleased to be able to support a range of care types including respite care and end of life care.
