Acer Court Care Home

Acer Court Care Home is a care home situated in Nuthall adjacent to one of the entrances to Broxtowe Country Park and has been offering fulfilling residential and dementia care to the city of Nottingham since its launch in 2012. As well as offering the previously mentioned care types, we also offer shorter-term respite care, when those looking after a loved one are in need of a break.

Acer Court Care home has earned a wonderful reputation as an excellent care home that benefits from a brilliant relationship with the local community and with Nottingham’s healthcare professionals. Faith groups and the national volunteering charity, Attend are regular contributors through their Friends of Care Homes programme here at our home.

Acer Court has three purposefully-built floors, each containing spacious sized rooms that all come with their own flat-screen TVs and en-suite showers. Our lounges are well equipped with everything you need for happy home life and to socialise with other residents and family members, but the most important ‘equipment’ here at our home is our ethos of compassionate care which focuses on the well-being of all our residents. We understand that moving into a home is all about change and that can be difficult when you get older and no two residents are the same, but we do our best to make sure that everyone settles in well and quickly to a specifically tailored care package and that we set families’ minds at rest.

We often like to get out of the home for a day trip with the residents too and you will see us out and about visiting many of the wonderful places around Acer Court, such as the garden centres, shops, pubs, theatres, parks and even a local festival, or just going for a stroll in the countryside. We very much encourage family members and friends to visit residents here and partake in our range of daily activities!

Acer Court Care Home is a care home providing residential, respite, end-of-life, and specialist dementia care. Weekly fees can vary depending on the type of room and the level of care required.
